—Quote is valid for 14 days from issue date and is based strictly on the scope described.

—Any work not specifically listed is excluded. Additional works requested will be treated as a variation and charged accordingly.

—Variations must be approved by the Client prior to commencement. Verbal or written instructions to vary works will be deemed approval and chargeable.

—Variations may result in additional costs and/or time extensions.

—A deposit of 10% is required prior to commencement (as per applicable legislation).

—Progress payments are required for larger projects.

—Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

—Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of works.

—This quotation does not include unforeseen or hidden conditions, including but not limited to: damaged or non-compliant existing plumbing, tree roots, blockages or collapsed pipework, and structural issues or hazardous materials.

—Any such conditions discovered during works will be treated as a variation.

—All materials supplied by the Contractor remain their property until paid in full.

—No warranty is provided on client-supplied materials or fixtures.

—The Contractor is not responsible for delays due to material availability or supplier issues.

—All works will be carried out in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and plumbing regulations.

—Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled works may incur a cancellation fee.

—Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work scheduled.

—Basic site clean-up is included. Removal of construction waste, excess materials or hazardous waste is excluded unless specified.

—Pricing may be subject to change due to material cost increases beyond the quoted period.
